من شروط التقدم أن تكون لديه شهادة البكالريوس في أحد التخصصات التالية:
Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or Administration or equivalent

- Greet visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that their waiting is kept to a minimum.
- Assist in managing CEO’s diary if needed and schedule, plan and priorities appointments and set up meeting invitations.
- Review all incoming mails
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up action items as needed.
- Screen and log all incoming phone calls to the CEO’s Office and handle any enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist to set up and organise meetings, conference and any other special events
- Take dictations, prepare presentations and other written correspondence on behalf of the CEO and respond to letters ensuring correspondence is signed off before distributing.
- Organise CEO’s travel itineraries and hotel bookings in line with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with translating documents
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing and mailing.
- Liaise with knowledge management / document control team to ensure incoming and outgoing documents are logged, recorded and filed appropriately.
- Maintain a proper filing system at all times and ensure hard and soft copies of all official documents filed appropriately ensuring confidentiality of information at all times.
