Experience in civil/building maintenance and a Degree or certification from a technical school will be a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
MEP ENGINEER
- Evaluate repair and Maintain plumbing Electrical HVAC
systems in the building. - Communicate with focilities management about any work that requires outside expert assistance.
Receive and respond to tenant reports of Mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises.
Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access regulations.
