- Reporting Specialist
Main tasks and responsibilities
Implement the End-to-End Reporting of Commercial Performance across the Group.
Gather, analyze, align and report accurate information in alignment with key drivers behind the numbers and agree on comments to be incorporated into the reports
Contribute to the monthly group reporting for the ILT ensuring work quality standards and deadlines are met.
Continuous monitoring of KPI’s, develop dashboard
Critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, de-composing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding.
Continuously improving Business Reporting and Monitoring capabilities, processes, procedures, practices and systems.
Design & implement Group level reports using contemporary business dashboard/scorecard solutions.
Design and develop Data Base for meeting the reporting requirements of the Management in order to make informed decisions.
Work closely with performance and business planning teams.
Promote and encourage the continuous learning and development among team members including knowledge sharing activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls, and continuously identify and recommend improvements while ensuring compliance with the group guidelines, international / local standards and relevant legislation

Education requirements
Bachelors in Information Technology / Business or Similar
Language requirements
Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English (required) | Arabic – Native (desirable)
Background and experience
•Relevant experience in similar role
•SAP or other ERP systems would be an added advantage
Competencies and skills
•Knowledge of Cross functional business experience integrating marketing, sales and finance leading to commercial planning and delivery.

Main tasks and responsibilities
