  1. Public Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

This role would be required to carry out all activities for official collection and submission of government applications as well as the processing of a variety of legal documents. Partly office based with the primary focus based outside of the office representing company at Ministries, and other Government Departments. We are looking for a professional Arabic and English speaking individual who has highly effective interpersonal and organisational skills.

  1. Corprate Communications Manager

Responsibilities

Develop PR and external comms strategies in partnership with business leads to advance business objectives
Coordinate the production of promotional materials including releases, media kits, and presentations
Use social media to tell our story in creative and inspiring ways that resonate with various audiences
Manage website content and design to ensure delivery of clear and creative content
Work with partners and subsidiary companies on communication-related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications
5+ years’ of experience in communications operations
Experience posting and formatting content using a Content Management System (CMS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3.Human Resources and Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Make sure that staff gets paid correctly and on time.
Pensions and benefits administration.
Look after the health, safety and welfare of all employees .
Advise line managers and other employees on labour law and the employer’s on employment policies and procedures.
Ensure candidates have the right to work at the organization negotiating salaries, contracts, work conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
Develop training and development programs.
Assist in performance management processes.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc) according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Oversee and supervise employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased.
Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaine good supplier relations and negotiating contracts. Research and evaluat prospective suppliers.
Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Qualifications:

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
Experience in Human Resources or related field a pluse .
Human Resources Certification a plus.
