Talent Attraction and Selection (For Omani Nationals only)
Responsibilities
Executes sourcing strategies to fulfil the requirements of OQ roles 5 year/ Annual manpower staffing plan.
Implements department strategy as directed by Team Lead, Talent Attraction & Selection
Determining selection criteria,
Sourcing potential candidates through internal and external channels
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews,
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using SAP success Factor System,
Customized Job descriptions to Job posting to advertise the position internally or externally,
Conduct interview process and behavioral questions that reflect each position’s requirements Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Asses applicant knowledge, skills and experience to fill open positions
Help promote the company culture through the interviews
Produce shortlists of candidate’s high ranging level using either executive search and/or advertising methods.
Producing a detailed report, and recommendations on candidate suitability either by presenting to or discussing with the Business Units (if requires), and arrange final interviews.
Education, Experience & Skills
Minimum qualfication of Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar
Qualification in CIPD would be an advantage
Highly and strong knowledge about the recruitment in the Oil & Gas industry vertically integrated business and all major disciplines for Upstream and Downstream.
Strong Experience end-to-end recruitment process and its main e-searchers tools (LinkedIn, Oil &Gas portal, etc.), and Success Factor.
