Demand Inv. & Repl Planning Sup – OMN
Job Description
Optimize the utilization of storage capacities by applying effective stock allocation practices & NTE stock management;
Develop the area’s yearly expenses budget and manage the expenses within the budget;
Implement and maintain best practices of inventory management, train the team in order to minimize the inventory losses and maintain the quality of inventory (QA best practices, FEFO management, etc);
Implement the Loss Prevention Policy to control the financial losses due to shrinkage, damage, misplaced inventories, and transaction errors;
Coordination of cycle count and periodical physical inventory, approval of adjustments;
Control accounts payable process by close coordination with SSC and Finance teams to ensure the continuity of the operations;
Implement, manage and regular follow-up the stock integrity procedures and results, to have an on time accuracy between book and physical stocks and book to book between BRF and 3PL;
Coordinate with insurance surveyors on reimbursing financial claims from our insurer or from the service providers;
Coordinate with BRF and CRM claim control counter parts in Dubai and Brazil in order to solve the issues.
Customers/Suppliers
Maintain and strengthen relationship with Customers, Suppliers to form long term partnerships;
Manage the chain of arrivals of stock in order to maximize the stocks availability in the cold stores, in line with sales target;
Interact with regional and global procurement teams to enhance the scope of contracts for local clear agents as well as shipping lines aiming to bring savings and efficiency.
Internal Processes
Develop and manage demand & replenishment plans for sales forecast;
Cooperate with the S&OP process, according to corporate guidelines and regional strategy, provide account/channel forecast specific input into the monthly S&OP process;
Lead the Integrated Business Planning SAP process along with Budget Planning Integration within the system Landscape to perform the quarterly cycle; PO and mobile target processes;
Participate and lead the monthly target planning process, managing collaborative forecasting processes and replenishment strategy of promotional items;
Develop, foster, and maintain relationships with commercial, TM and BD teams to stay informed of promotional activity impacting the forecast;
Conduct weekly reviews of account/channel forecast and data with commercial team to discuss account/channel forecasted requirements and close gaps on any issues;
Maintain a thorough understanding of the account/channel business and operations. Consistently, communicate major changes, issues to Commercial/TM/BD teams;
Coordinate the flow of incoming stock in the complete chain after the order confirmation, analyze shipping patterns, lead times, ETA’s in order improve end to end efficiency;
Pioneer BRF continuous improvement culture to identify bottleneck points in the planning/ordering processes and propose innovative solutions to correct them;
Analyze historical sales data and future sales plans to achieve continuous improvement in the accuracy of demand forecasts;
Influence Divisional Business decisions through analytics presented to Senior Management;
Measure, monitor and report key performance metrics. Obtain feedback, analyze results, perform root cause analysis and generate reports, establish corrective and preventive measures.

Academic Background
Graduation in Engineering (Industrial, Computer) / Business Administration or an associate degree
Post-Graduation (MBA or MSc in Supply Chain Management) from a reputable accredited and recognizable institution is desirable
Certification on APICS CSCP/CPIM is a plus
Desirable Requirements
Computer Skills – SAP, SAP IBP, Tableau BI, Power BI is a plus, Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management System;
Experience on deep data analysis, interrogation and visualization skills to maximize the utility of data insights, with a strong focus on high quality reports/dashboards;
Knowledge of DBM concept (Data Visualization, MS Access, SQL, etc) and SAP IBP platform is desirable.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inventory Management and Demand & Supply Planning of FMCG products
