Pall is growing their successful sales team and has a great opportunity for a Sales Manger to be based in Oman.
You would be responsible for at least 2 Sales Engineers with the potential for this to grow in the future. You role would involve growing and expanding direct sales and profit margins within assigned regions. Establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
Requirements For The Role
We are keen to speak to people with a solid sales background (10 years or more) within the Oil and Gas industry.
Someone with people management experience, having worked at a senior/strategic level within a sales role.
Ability to speak Arabic is desired, but we may consider people without this
Able to converse in English at a high level
Knowledge of the area (Oman), already living in Saudi and ideally in Oman
Happy to travel (50% of the role will involve travel – up to 2 o 3 days at a time)
Technical sales background
Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Achieve / exceed budget to ensure that all of his/her salespeople have well-designed motivating goals
Lead and develop efficient sales team
Networking and building high level connection with key decision makers
Establishes clear direction, set goals, target and milestones
Execute key growth drivers and initiatives
Coach and Support team to grow company business
Adopt and drive promotion of new products and applications
Provide sales support to distribution partners
Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates
Manage and develop the sales team
Coach and engage your sales team
Build a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the your team and manage the sales program accordingly
Annual business plan follow up and review market evaluation,
Weekly reports, handle forecast accuracy develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
