Executive – IT Support and MIS for Oman
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
IT Support:
Monitoring and maintaining daily backup of all servers and to log them for periodic review.
New Hardware requirement from stores and Head Office and IT Head Office stock room Maintenance
Timely configuration and system setup for new stores/new areas which includes IT procurement
Ensuring Sales, stocks and financials is posted in the system and guiding Financial users for any reconciliation issues
Timely handling and resolving of Store operational IT Issues
Knowledge sharing and providing guidance to all end users of ERP and POS. (Number of Manhours of training)
ISO Process – Certification and no NCR in Surveillance Audit
MIS:
Excellent knowledge of MIS ( Advance excel with maximum formula’s and short cuts keys, Macro’s, dash- boards, reports automation)
Familiarity with MIS & Business reporting practices (Topline, Forecast, Growth, run rate, sales reports
MTD/YTD Sales and Margin Performance review
Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Reports
Category wise , Store wise performance reports
Sound knowledge of PowerPoint presentation
He/she must be having knowledge to work on SAP
Good Communication skills
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare the report and data
Qualitative Requirements
Experience (Yrs & Field): 4 – 5 years’ experience in providing IT support and MIS
Educational Qualification: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, preferred BCA
Skills & Abilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Disassembles, inspects and tests equipment to locate and repair problem.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Taking staff through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Analytical skills- Excellent, Business understanding skill – Excellent, Planning & Organising skill – Advanced, Communication skill- Advanced
