Responsibilities
Supplier Invoice review and booking
Credit card reconciliations and coordinating with HR on staff deductions
Book Keeping and filing
Taxation ,lease & PASI related entries and reconcilation
Petty cash handling & Utilities bills preparation
Invoice segregation & dispatch
Attending bank related forms and queries
Handle cheque collections
Allocations (cash & credit) and issuing receipts
Follow up and credit collection
Skills / Qualifications
Degree or professional qualification in accounting beneficial
Will consider candidates who are qualified by experience
Experience of working in a similar position
Good systems and accounting experience essential
Teamwork and effective communication skills in English
Good Excel skills
Self-starter, works own initiative ans self- confident on ability and accounting knowledge
Attention to detail and positive, can-do attitude
Driving license relevant to the country and own vehicle
This is an Omani national position
