Muscat: With the second stage of Tour of Oman 2022 set to begin, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) has announced parking restrictions on both sides of the road near the race route.
The ROP said in a statement: “The Department of Security Relations and Information announces that vehicles will not be allowed to park on the sides of the roads adjacent to the Tour of Oman 2022 race track – Phases 1 and 2 to serve the public interest.”
The route of the second stage will be as follows:
Stage Two Al Naseem Park > Sohar Corniche 167.5 km – Friday 11 February – 10:00 am
Starting in front of Al Naseem Park – heading to the Governorate of South Al Batinah across the coast. The road – passing through Al-Sawadi in the Wilayat of Barka – then to the Wilayat of Musanah – heading to the Wilayat of Suwaiq in the North Al Batinah Governorate – then the Wilayat of Saham and ending in the Wilayat of Sohar Corniche.
