About the Job
1. Responsible for customer service of our games including answering queries and providing guidance to users
2. Handle customer enquiries and complaints in professional manner to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
3. Consolidate opinions of users from various platforms and report to game development team
4. Ensure order in our games and provide a nice playing environment for users
5. Assist in game testing
6. work from home


Job Requirements
1.Familiar with MS Office including Excel and Word
2.Proficient in Arabic and English
3.Strong interest in playing different games are preferable
4.Gamer of our arabic games is a must

Salary
200 to 500 USD Per month
