Job Title : Projects Specialist-eContent Project
Division : Digital Society Development Division
Reporting To : eContent Project Manager

Main responsibilities:

1. Will assist the project manager to administer and supervise the implementation of the e-Content project. Plays a key role in the project execution.
   
2. Manage delivery of the project deliverables and responsible for the overall administrative, planning tasks, and follow ups.
   
3. Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure smooth implantation of the project plan.
   
4. Liaise with the vendor/s to administer the day to day operations of the project for the efficient operation of the project.
   
5. Monitoring and controlling the maintenance of the contracts with the vended company.
   
6. Maintain the reports and minutes of meetings.
   
7. Maintain the Project Management Methodologies for the program and update documentations.
   
8. Track and consolidate progress reports and updating files.
   
9. Consolidate Service Level Agreement reports, Monitor and track issues.
