Description
Work in conjunction with the Product Manager and Sales Team for delivery of messages.
Utilizes outstanding interpersonal skills for communicating with co-workers and customers.
Lead potential customers through message broadcast process and coordinate from initial contact through delivery of messages.
Handle incoming phone calls from current customers.
Conduct yourself professionally and with courteous attitude and smile. Must be poised for success!
Administers all outgoing messages.
Participates in development of new products, programs and promotions.
Responds to inquiries regarding products, rates, policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the customers for the delivery of the messages
Follow up with customers for account renewal and credit top ups via email, phone calls and sms.
Monitoring the messages and highlight to the software team in case of any issues to restart the system.
Provide technical support to customers in sending the messages through the portal.
Create new account on the system

Carry out customer retention activities
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma / High School
Only Omani Male.
Experience:
Fresher / 1 to 2 years experience in any stream
Skills:
Language Skills, Excellent Arabic and English.
Problem Solving Skills
