Muscat: Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, received on Wednesday Dr. Ali Bagheri, Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The two sides reviewed relations of cooperation in various spheres as the leaderships of the two countries attach a joint attention to promote these relations to achieve mutual benefit.
The two sides also touched on regional and international issues, as well as their developments. They underscored the importance of dealing with these issues through constructive dialogue and peaceful means.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs, Khalid Hashel Al Muselhi, Head of the Minister’s Office Department, Ali Najafi, Iranian Ambassador to the Sultanate.
