a FMCG company in Oman is looking for a successful candidate with rich experience in developing & executing national sales business strategy & plan. The role requires hands on experience in setting and managing the Branch Sales, Depots Warehouse & Logistics Operations for different category of chilled and frozen products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage sales and distribution operation of all the branches.
· Responsible for achieving budgeted sales of the products in Oman
· Launch the new products in targeted market geographically across the branches in the Sultanate of Oman markets.
· Develop sales plans and achieve sales volume consistent with national & branches sales projections and accounts served.
· Grow business with by identifying new accounts (supermarkets, HORECA, institution, outlets, and grilled business continued growth).
· Develop and maintain good relations with customers’ accounts by maintaining constant communication of products category, order management, promotional information, and product specifications.
· Liaise with product development & market research team to provide necessary input for the development of new product
· Review sales plan targets, national logistics plans, national depots stocks level plans, with branch sales managers & updating any changes from time to time.
Required skills:
· Excellent sales and customer service skills.
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle both corporate and retail customers.
· Experience of managing B2B & B2C sales operations in Oman
· Must have a good understanding of customer-focused and fact-based selling.
· Knowledge of the dynamics of the consumer -chilled & frozen products.
· High level of written and verbal communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
