Job Profile
CANDIDATE PROFILEThe candidate should have a proven experience, of handling some of the lead advertising account brands and clients.
- Young, energetic and high caliber individual to lead, build creative strategy aligned to business objectives to ensure success and excellence
- Adaptable to multinational work force.
- Should be able to work under tight deadlines to execute each campaign.
- Fair knowledge of handling Photography/TV commercial shoot to develop wireframes and storyboards.
JOB PROFILEWorking from a brief with a copywriter, generating ideas to present to the client
- Capable of leading the team, giving new stream of thoughts, converting briefs into exciting, ground-breaking creative ideas.
- Understand the brand and market and think outside the box to push the boundaries of creative concepts.
- Added advantage if have knowledge of social media tools, standards and digital creative communications.
- Should be organized, with an eye for details, self managing and multi tasking
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTSExcellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills in order to pitch ideas to clients or directors and also explain their ideas to members of creative team
- Working on designs to produce an effective advertising campaign
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Utilize strong creative ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Medical Examination and Certificate to be provided [This should be carried at the approved medical centre by the Ministry of Health of the Government of Oman but the cost of be borne by the candidate]
- The Employment Contract would be for an initial period of 2 years and automatically renewable for a further period of 2 years each time according to the validity of the Resident Card
