Position
IT Applications & Delivery Channels (Mid-Senior level)
Job Objective
Responsible for ensuring 24×7 availability of all applications and Channels of the bank ensuring Maximum customer satisfaction and services. Responsible for overseeing and providing 24×7 coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic
- Evaluate the requirements vs. current functionality availability and suggest alternate resolutions and cost-effective approaches
- Oversee the requirement gathering and Analysis approach finalization with various Business units / In-house customisation team and various vendors
- Provide technical leadership for problem solving
- Ensure clear ownership of problem determination / resolution
Operational
- Provide application support to the Bank users across IT Applications including adherence to the defined SLAs
- Support the project execution and ensure timelines are met throughout the project process
- Adhere to the Operational, Support procedures and Maintenance controls
- Support the application owner in the successful implementation of the IT Apps and Enhancements
- Manage the Operations of the interfaces between Digital Channels and the surround Applications and ensure smooth rollouts
- Ensure that Information Security procedures are complied with
- Coordinate with DBA Team & Business Users Team for the development, customization and trouble-shooting of Application based issues and enhancement requirement
- Coordinate with various Project teams / Business teams and vendors for timely delivery of various project deliverables and ensure timely GOLIVE
- Ensure completeness of problem analysis / impact analysis
- Review and monitor vendors output and performance
- Provide technical leadership for all user requests
Organizational
- Review teams task/ project plan & ensure compliance
- Ensure that departmental regular and ad-hoc reports are prepared in a comprehensive, accurate and timely manner
- Identify opportunities to contribute to organizational and departmental change initiatives, programs and projects considering best practice
-Education:
Required: 8-10 years of relevant experience in core banking and Digital channels
Preferred: Exposure to Finacle Suite Banking Solution and surround applications and iMal core banking
-Experience:
Required: 8-10 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of local rules and regulations related to public events
Preferred: Exposure to event management environment or any service-related industry. Adequate knowledge about printing / production process
-Skills:
- Working knowledge and experience of SQL, Unix and windows server
- Complex Problem solving (Investigation and diagnostic Skills)
- Working knowledge and experience in Digital Banking solutions
- Finacle Treasury, KRM, iMAL core banking (CSM & Core modules), Treasury Mobile Banking
and E-Banking applications (preferably Finacle)
- Team and project management skills
- Finacle Treasury, KRM, iMAL core banking (CSM & Core modules), Treasury Mobile Banking and E-Banking implementation / migration experience
