Duties and responsibilities:
• Assist directors and head of valuation department in the planning, implementation, supervision and operation of the company.
• To assist in managing the day to day operations of the valuation department. To be responsible in vetting and signing of valuation reports.
• Receiving instructions to conduct and prepare a valuation and liaise with clients.
• Conduction thorough inspections of properties to be valued.
• Preparation of professional, good and accrue valuation reports.
• Ensure field inspections, compilations of date/information and valuations and report wittings are of professional quality with through checking.
• Ensure good customer service with all inquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.
• Keep up with latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques.
• Keep up with the property market movements and developments including the construction industry and the competitors.
• Set up a good database system for the department.
• Assist in the collection of fees and control of operating costs.
• Market the valuation service as well as the other professional services offered by the company.
Qualification: Quantity surveyor with driving license
