Financial and Accounts Executive’s : responsibility is for running the Accounting and financial activities of the organization, Analyze the economic stability of the company and provide financial information to other departments, enabling these departments to make budgeting and investment decisions. Financial and Accounts Executive should reports on costs, productivity, margins and company expenditures.
Duties and responsibilities – highlights
1) Preparing monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
2) Tax reporting inventory processing.
3) Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the prepartation of weekly and monthly estimates.
4) advising on estimates for project funding.
5) Creating KPI reports.
6) Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditures and cash flow.
7) Assisting with the preparationof year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
8) Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
9) Conducting internal audits such as wage review.
10) Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
11) Managing and training staff when necessary.
12) knowledge on opening letter of Credit.
13) Maintaining Creditors and Debtors, follow-up payments.
14) Also to deal with the banks and financial institutions for enhancing Credit limits/OD Facilities etc.
