And we are looking for highly motivated go-getters to join our team for the following role:

Title: Sales Engineer for Industrial Specialty Lubricants

Function: Sales/Business Development

Reporting to: Sales Manager based REDA Dubai Office

Location: Muscat, Oman

Role Functions

  • Accountable for proactively handling Sales opportunities
  • Assist in leading all day-to-day activities related to Sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships and achieving sales objectives
  • Learn and drive the market needs
  • Build and maintain successful relationships that generate Sales opportunities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Develop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand our customer base for potential opportunities
  • Personally visit all potential customers and explore new opportunities
  • Provide accurate, complete, and effective weekly visit reports and business plan
  • Effective communication skills
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and opportunities
  • Evaluate Sales forecasts and budgeting

Requirements:

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Must have excellent communication skills in PERFECT English, both verbally and in writing
  • Arabic fluency is a plus
  • Should at least have 3-5 years of Sales experience in Industrial Lubricants, Industrial Engineering Products, Machinery Sales or any operations related to the Industrial Sector
  • Driving license is an advantage
