To be successful in the role you are
Bachelor or master’s degree in Telecoms.
10+ years of experience in the Telecoms industry.
5+ years of experience in planning and optimization.
Previous experiences in managing teams and interfacing customer.
excellent exposure on 2G/3G/4G Technologies, 5G knowledge is a plus and should have both Planning and Optimization exposures.
Strong competence on planning and optimization and Ericsson portfolio.
Broad experience in Ericsson internal processes, organization and WoWs
Customer facing, Presentation and Communication skills
Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking.
Business acumen and Financial Understanding.
