أعلنت شركة خدمات الحاسوب العالمية عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لديها بمسمى “فني كمبيوتر”  تتطلب خبرة خمس سنوات

We are currently looking for highly motivated Computer Technicians! Interested candidates should have the following skills set:

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree will be preferred.
Computer Training Certification.
Typing 80 words per minute Certification.
1 year Office Management / Secretarial Training.

Work Experience:

Minimum five (05) years post diploma experience (new national staff can be accepted with less experience depends on the interview).
Must be Computer Literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word& Excel) and PowerPoint.
Must have a clear telephone manner and able to take accurate notes for information.
Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
Five years post diploma experience.

Job Description:

The candidate should be computer literate with thorough knowledge of MS Office especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

The candidate should have a sound knowledge of the English language and should be capable of marking independent correspondences.

Attending telephone calls, arranging meetings, and fixing appointments.

Daily correspondences, drafting letters, internal memorandums, photocopying, and sending emails/facsimile.

Preparing weekly reports, site visit reports, monthly progress statements, reminders, etc.

Preparing Minutes of Meetings, Reports, and PowerPoint Presentations.

Follow-up with the internal departments as per the work requirements.

Follow-up with external concerned parties for the work progress/status.

Maintaining records of all correspondences and filing.

All other day-to-day correspondences of the department, and management of the documents with the proper filling system.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English.
