أعلنت شركة ABM Industries عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لديها بمسمى ” PROJECT TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER “

: Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead project intake meetings with key stakeholders, develop recruitment marketing plan, establish project deliverables, assimilate team of recruiters to execute the strategy.

Maintain weekly project meetings with IG leaders to ensure project tracks to target completion, provide insight through project scorecards and recruiter metrics.

Maintain weekly staffing meetings with TA Leaders to ensure alignment for critical market support.

Lead project SWAT Team of recruiters to provide best – in – class recruitment including, but not limited to, posting positions, sourcing candidates, developing innovative recruitment strategy, interviewing and presenting candidates that are aligned to the position profile delivering exceptional candidate experience, extending job offers and onboarding.

Effectively participate in collaborative conversations with business leaders, hiring managers, and human resource leaders to leverage your expertise of the labor market and strategies to attract the right talent to fill open roles.

: Additional Responsibilities

Assist the TA Team to effectively create and maintain diverse candidate pipelines from a broad range of resources.

Ensure the requisition load is appropriately distributed between the team for increased efficiencies.

Provide insight through metrics, KPI’s and reporting to stakeholders.

Continuously drive measurable improvements in the recruitment and selection process, while ensuring that organizational priorities are met.
Work collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.

Participate in the evaluation, selection and development of talent acquisition processes, systems / technology, and people to maximize service delivery capabilities to the business.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System and ensure all applicant data is updated timely for accurate reporting and metrics / KPI’s.

Report regularly on recruiting metrics and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, gaps and success rates on sourcing strategies.
