Role Objective
To market valuation services, procure valuation assignments, evaluate the properties accurately and as per company’s policy and procedures so as to grow the business and maximize profits.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for revenues, profits, pricing, costs and receivables set, achieved and forecasted for the maximization of department profits
Assist in business development efforts carried out by the department personnel by bringing in new clients to ensure that the company grows in terms of business and profit
Build a trustful and professional relationship with the clients in order to ensure to be preferred valuer.
Obtain, calculate and prepare valuation for the property with the information provided by materials like drawings, documents, rental statement, snaps, etc. to ensure that the value of the property is accurate
Coordinate and explain property cost estimation to clients in order to arrived at a value that is accurate and acceptable
Where large or sophisticated valuations are involved, visit the property to more accurately arrive at the valuations.
Contribute, serve and offer expertise both as an evaluator and as a valuation committee member to ensure accurate valuations
Supervise, oversee and assign daily activities within the department to ensure that the team works in a harmonious fashion and brings in maximum profits to the business
Lead, guide and motivate the subordinates by providing them with technical guidance, training and the required growth opportunities to ensure that subordinates are developed for higher-level roles
Substantial knowledge is necessary of the total organization and extensive knowledge of the domestic property market.
Education:
A Bachelors degree, preferably in Finance or Civil Engineering
ARICS or MRICS (Valuation path) Certified
