Sayyid Badr bin Saud Al Busaidi, the former Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs
Muscat: The Government of Japan announced the awarding of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star to the former Minister for Defence Affairs for the Sultanate of Oman.
“On November 3, 2021, the Government of Japan announced the awarding of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Star to Sayyid Badr bin Saud Al Busaidi, the former Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs in the Sultanate of Oman,” Embassy of Japan in Oman said.
The order was bestowed in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the promotion of defence cooperation between Japan and the Sultanate of Oman.
