Director Of Property Management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To be responsible of the overall successful operations of properties and ensure all associated works are surpassing industry standards.

· To be responsible of the performance of the managed properties in terms of maintenance, occupancy and tenant turnaround.

· To be well acknowledged on landlord-tenant law on a national level and in an industry level.

· Negotiate and try to resolve any issues in case of disputes, and to resort to legal department for all issues that arise and action them immediately to mitigate overdue services, collections and resolutions.

· To add value in our Tenant Journey profile by managing the technologies and services offered.

· Tenants Complaint management with minimal escalation to Management.

· Increase property management portfolio in the market.

· Supervise the responsibilities of property management and facilities & maintenance employees and associated departments.

· To be responsible of the budget and maintenance records of each property.

· To be responsible of the financial aspect of the properties by ensuring the collection of rents and resolve issues with defaulters and the recovery of bad debts.

· To conduct regular property checks by physical visitations and acquire customer feedback to improve processes and work flow.

JOB CHALLENGES:

· Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries, complaints and grievances to ensure both, customer and client satisfaction.

· Ability to bring together all departments associated to property management and manage resources effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum of 12 years of operational experience.

· Proven record of successful operations.

· Effective negotiating and convincing skills.

DIMENSIONS:

· Manage the property management team.

· Manage the facilities and maintenance team.

· Involve in the leasing performance management with appropriate channel.
