CONSUMER MANAGER Oman, Qatar, Kuwait
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage sales, marketing and technical activities in the relevant markets. Act as liaise for Consumer field sales and support actively any sales effort.
Understand demand from the field and act/react upon it through: follow up on supply chain activities, align with sources on demand and allocation and communicate with distributor’s sales force in the field.
Support Consumer PBU activities and liaise with field in managing internal processes. Connect the dots, support in enhancing PBU sales through active role in following up on demand and allocation.
Grow corporate market position (new tires and retreads) by developing a user “pull through” territory marketing strategy and by developing a strong and reliable Goodyear’s dealer network.
Profile:
Experience in sales support in tire industry – minimum 5 years mandatory (experience in automotive industry is a plus);
Knowledge of the products and their application;
Good business judgement; negotiating; planning;
Dynamic; self-motivated; dedicated and loyal;
Ability to work under pressure; build effective work relationship with others; ability to work alone and/or in a team
