أعلنت الشركة المتحدة للتمويل عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لديها بمسمى :

AGM ( Finance, Operations and IT )

Direct / Primary Responsibilities:

Monitoring daily functions of the Finance & Accounts department, including monitoring of account finalization of Quarterly and Annual Financial statements
Ensure timely and accurate submission of MIS and Returns to regulators.
Prepare yearly budgets, five-year projections and advise senior management on strategy
Maintaining and adding to existing bank relationships to ensure adequate bank lines are available for the company plus all ALCO related matters
Mobilize corporate deposits as an additional avenue for sourcing funds.
Ensure repayment of bank loans and payment of interest on due dates.
Handle share / bond issues and related work.
Supervise and advise management on new IT initiatives to enable Digital Transformation of the company
Monitor the automation of manual processes in coordination with HODs
Monitor IT Dept. activities and ensure uninterrupted availability of IT systems
Monitor Branch operations specifically to ensure that possible risk issues are addressed in advance
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements with respect to the above activities.
Liaison with Internal and External Auditors on all matters relating to functional responsibilities of the position.
Undertake any other work assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in GCC
Chartered Accountancy qualification is a must ( ACCA, CA etc)
Experience should be with Banks or Finance companies.
Preference will be given to eligible Omani candidate.
