Job Description And Qualifications
Fully supports, accurately completes, and maintains Client’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies & procedures and relevant documentation at the facility.
Participates in operational and routine maintenance tasks within facility work group without interruption of customer product deliveries .
Studying Work specific Standard Operating Procedures .
Active participation in facility safety meetings and inspections.
Facility Operations and Customer Relations Development.
Handling of cylinders and packs in the yard, loading & offloading trucks both APME and customer owned.
Filling and Packing of Dry ice.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :-
This Position Is Accountable For The Following End Results
Complying with all safety and quality policies and procedures.
Loads and package dry ice on a daily basis in accordance with quality standards
Operates forklift.
Full quality awareness.
Implement performance management.
Daily housekeeping.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATIONS :
2 year technical diploma.
Must be safety minded and modeling good safety practices.
Works safely in all situations.
Learn and comply with client’s plant safety rules, regulations, and company safety policies & procedures.
Must be able to wear required PPE safety equipment including, hardhat, safety glasses, ear protection safety shoes/boots.

2.LPG Business Development Manager

V. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To ensure that the LPG and Propane Business is performed in accordance with the company and national standards and regulations.
Define the strategy for the LPG and Propane business in Oman, in collaboration with the General Manager through a well documented business plan
Identify and exploit market opportunities including gaining a Quota for LPG in Oman.
Develop contacts with relevant external authorities, suppliers, and industry experts as appropriate to support this activity.
Meet or exceed financial targets for sales and ebitda targets as outlined in the annual operating plan.
Co-ordinate the marketing activities (mailings, brochures, leaflets, communication letters, advertising, gifts, incentive programs, loyalty building) in conjunction with the Marketing team.
Position and promote Air Products LPG offerings through direct marketing and marketing communications.
Set Annual pricing policy and sales budgets/targets for products.
Align with Business Decision Support to ensure the profitability of each product line.
Increase customer loyalty through annual surveys
V. Minimum Requirements And Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in engineer or equivalent
Ten years plus in a similar role or commercial environment
Strong Management Skills
Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to work into a changing business
English languages fluently spoken (Arabic language is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills
Excel in Communication within and cross teams
