10+ years working as a professional in Financial & Supply Chain Management role
Valid experience in Oman
Availability to join immediately
Problem-solving skills and ability to think under pressure
Good Arabic & English skills (written and spoken).
Job Description
Manage the relationship with the contractors and suppliers
Manage and monitor the IMT (Information Technology) budget schedule expenditure, analyze the variance, and initiate corrective action and send reports to the department manager.
Work closely with the IT team members to over challenges related to contract, provide the recommendation based on the technical experience.
Must have good knowledge in the hardware and software IT related area.
Record and document all IT assets, coordinate with the team members to ensure having a correct list of all assets information and report to the department manager.
Must have good knowledge in tracking and understanding emerging technologies.
Dealing with multicultural environment.
Prepare inventory for all IMT contracts.
Coordinate with the team members to ensure and complete all the payment phases on time.
