Executive Assistant
Responsibilities:
● Ability to handle multiple tasks; to produce quality results, meet all established goals, objectives, deadlines, and expectations; ability to comply with all school policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
● Outgoing and trustworthy with the ability to effectively handle and maintain confidential matters and information
● Create meeting(s) timelines, prepare and distribute meeting notification, correspondence, agenda and materials, as well as subsequent updates or changes.
● Create and maintain board minutes, files and archive materials.
● Create mailings, presentations, and other materials for the board members.
● Prepare and edit correspondence.
● Take the lead on organizing the Board Calendar, Board Meeting and Committee Meetings, Annual General Meeting and Board Retreats.
● Any other additional duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
Experience/Abilities:
● Minimum of three years of proven executive assistant/administrator experience
● Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
● Technology-savvy and proficient in using the G-Suite platform with the ability to implement innovative solutions
● Expert-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
