Senior Property Coordinator

Looking for a well-experience candidate who has at least 5-6 years’ hands on experience in managing properties covering the following:

Excelling tenant/landlord relations
Good knowledge of Municipality rules and regulations
Collection procedures for PM
Detailed Landlord reporting

In addition to the above,

Ability to lead a team and guide them on Property Management procedures
Real Estate background
Degree holder
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
