Responsible for preparation of items strictly observing standard recipes and portion sizes.

1) Cookitems,to a high standard of taste, aroma and appearance, generate profit by enhancing guest satisfaction and at the same time avoiding wastage.

2) Preparing the misc-en-place for service of the daily menu,maintaining his station and work area in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
