MS Automated Operations Engineer
You will
Event Management, Monitor Ericsson network alarms and performance KPI’s on 24×7 basis.
Create and update/lead trouble tickets
1st Level Incident management; Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units advised during system outages.
Running technical blocking issue to ensure faults is rectified within agreed SLAs.
1st Level Troubleshooting; Perform initial analysis to identify issues follow by restoration if possible
Support field maintenance troubleshooting activities
1st Level Preventative Maintenance; Perform periodical network backups and health checks
Change Management; Work Order/Change Request Handing
Reporting
To be successful in the role you must have
Degree within Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering.
1-3 years proven experience
Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
Experience in OSS/ENM Tools (Alarm Viewer, Alarm Log, AMOS/MOSHELL/ WinFoil, etc.)
Ericsson RAN, transport, core & charging nodes portfolio knowledge.
IP networking knowledge
Understand 2G, 3G & 4G structure E2E
Linux/Unix hands-on experience
Shell scripting and programming languages knowledge (Java, Perl, Python, etc)
