MUSCAT: Assigned by His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, Shaikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah bin Ali al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council, will leave here this evening to the United Republic of Tanzania to take part in its 60th independence anniversary.
The chairman of the State Council will be accompanied by Salim bin Mohammed al Riyami, and Raya bint Salim al Manthariyah, members of the State Council.
The chairman of the State Council and his companions were seen off by Shaikh Dr Al Khatab bin Ghalib al Hinai, Deputy Chairman of the State Council, Dr Rashid bin Salim al Badi, member of the State Council, Khalid bin Ahmed al Saadi, Secretary General of the State Council and the ambassador of United Republic of Tanzania to the Sultanate of Oman. — ONA
