Director – Special Projects
Identify areas and opportunities where a strategic alliance would add significant value to the business of ETCO strategically and operationally.
Responsible for financial and operational evaluation of the project to ensure and enhanced value creation of the business
Approaches potential partners to ascertain the projected capability of the partner and the suitability of business relationship with ETCO and negotiates the potential tie up between the two organizations.
Ensures that any partnerships formulated and implemented and maintained at a level of utilization that fully benefits ETCO.
Maintains a solid understanding of the telecom industry and business trends both regionally and globally. Good understanding of advance and Emerging technologies.
Contributes proactively to the creation of ETCO functional strategies and strategic guidelines.
Analyze proposed projects, quantify impact as projected on business, and prepare business case.
Manage and direct design, enrollment, deployment as well as governance of event’s new initiatives.
Manages partnerships and keeps a watching brief to ensure they bring long term benefit to both ETCO and the partner.
Identifies suitable partners and identifies, verifies, and projects the value of any potential partnership between ETCO and partners.
Head responsibility for taking raw ideas, hypotheses/ scenarios as well as shape them into comprehensive deployment plans to implement effectively.
Identify individuals throughout the company willing to participate in deployment.
Conduct research on different strategic initiatives.
Transfers know-how to team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or something related to the field of the company.
Experience: 8 years in project management
