Commercial Manager

A construction company in Oman is looking for a Commercial Manager to take responsibility of all group level Commercial Management duties. Reporting directly into the CEO and accountable of a team of 20 cost engineers and Quantity Surveyors. Projects are within Oil & Gas, Airports, Roads, Civils and Buildings across Oman. Some key responsibilities – Assess the risks and requirements for the project, and provide advice to the Project Management – Coordinates and helps to evaluate among the legal issues and risks around technical solutions and legal commitment – Responsible for the financial management of projects, putting together bids for new work and negotiating and agreeing contracts. Looking for someone between 10 – 15 years experience and professionally qualified in either MCIOB or MRICS.
