Information Technology Manager
As a IT Manager , we will rely you to:
Manage, the IT environment and evaluate, plan, design implement and monitor all systems.
Implement and maintain SLIM IT standards and ensure proper systems are in place to serve business needs.
Communicate with other divisions regularly to address IT needs.
Monitoring IT daily, weekly and monthly operation.
Maintaining data integrity of computer systems.
Preparing and managing annual IT budget and capital expenditure.
Introduction of new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
Work with vendors or consultants to purchase hardware, software and services.
Ensure IT inventory and licensing list is updated regularly.
Review system security and reinforce change if password periodically.
Limit access to computer room and confidential computer installations
Coordinate with vendors on hardware maintenance and implementation of software upgrades. Review annual cost and negotiate better terms and conditions
Work closely with user departments to ensure maximum utilization and allocations of resources to achieve the hotels information technology goals and objectives
Ensure correct user rights to be granted based on individual job duties or corporate & departmental policy.
Carry out regular system checks in term of user and system logs and quarterly network and system health check.
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology with reputed organisations
Hands-on skills in Information Security subjects across all domains
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
