- Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1-Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring
processes.
2- Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities.
3- Ensure that the financial reports are prepared and delivered on time.
4-Review financial data for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
5- Train new employees on financial operations.
6- Monitor and manage all expense within the allotted budget.
7- Establish key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
8- Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations
efficiency.
9- Participate in performance evaluation of finance staff and conduct counseling sessions to identify skill development needs.
10- Assist in account payable and receivable activities.
11- Perform account reconciliation activities.
12- Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses,
etc.
13- Establish accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues and manage regular reporting requirements.
14- Monitor the -day to day- financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
15- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
16- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
17- Supervise staff performance and extend required support to improve their performance
18- Adhere to HSE policies & procedures
19- Perform other tasks & duties assigned by the senior management

- Accountant
Definition:
KARWA MOTROS is seeking an Accountant who will prepare and analyse accounting
statements and reports to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.
Location: Duqm, Sultanate of Oman
Report to : Senior Accountant
Responsibilities:
•Ensure timely and accurate month end reconciliation process for Foreign Bank Accounts, Fixed Assets, Prepayments and other key national Balance Sheet Accounts.
•Responsible for the front-end process of National Fixed Assets and Prepayments Accounting.
•Perform timely balance sheet accounts reconciliations for National Balance Sheet Accounts
•Assist with preparation of Year End Financial Reporting Packages
•Analyse financial reports and records and make studies or recommendations relating to financial factors
•Review, verify and ensure accuracy of accounting entries in system
•Ensure activities comply with legal, professional and ethical standards
•Support and assist Financial Accountant on adhoc tasks as required Qualifications & skills
•A recognized degree or equivalent qualification with an accounting or commerce major
•Sound experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry, including experience in financial accounting experience and ideally within a large organization and project-based business exposure.
•Approximately 5 years’ experience.
Essential Skills
•Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, including advanced Excel skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•A high degree of attention to details and organizational skills
•Experience in the use of the Oracle system or similar system advantageous Preferred
•Omani National
•Bachelor’s in finance/Accounting qualification
•Additional post graduate qualifications, accreditation or training
•Experience within Manufacturing industry
