2nd Level Operations

You will

handle Change Management Governance.
Change Advisory Board.
Change Request Sanitizing and facilitation
Performance Reports generation.
Investigate Violations.
Track network related changes and archive.
Operate all Network equipment in accordance with laid-down network procedures.
Management and liaison with other suppliers when needed.
Make use of organizational change procedures in case of Network equipment replacement/repair/upgrade are strictly followed.
In-depth problem analysis and resolution.
Raise cases where incidents of violations
Analyze and resolve conflicts.
Developed improvements to team processes and procedures through organisational change initiatives.
Perform knowledge transfer and upskill local resources.

To be successful in the role you must have

Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of network related to Change management function.
ITIL / MSTOP process certifications is a plus.
