Sales Analyst
- Preparing all status reports on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis and advise on sales & market trends and market changes.
- Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyses data to evaluate current sales goals and review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
- Analyse retail audit reports and return on marketing activities.
- Work with Sales Team by providing them with the necessary information and guidance for short and long-range forecast.
- Analyse results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance.
- Assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for sales team.
- Make recommendations on specific sales opportunities to drive growth and profitability in line with Sales objectives.
- Coordinate the process of preparing sales and forecasting reports for sale in all sales branches.
- Suggests adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability.
- Develop models and reporting structure that identify costs (by function, process, fixed, variable) and identify a baseline for action.
- Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.
- Assess sales force performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations.
- Examine collected revenue budget and compare it to actual sales results to identify divisions that are not hitting sales goals.
- Assess market data, including competitors, to identify areas where the Company can increase its efforts.
- Responsible for all other duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in any FMCG / Food company.

Excellent in MS Office (MS word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Presentation).
