أعلنت شركة أجيال عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لديها بمسمى :

Sales Analyst

  1. Preparing all status reports on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis and advise on sales & market trends and market changes.
  2. Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyses data to evaluate current sales goals and review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
  3. Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.
  4. Analyse retail audit reports and return on marketing activities.
  5. Work with Sales Team by providing them with the necessary information and guidance for short and long-range forecast.
  6. Analyse results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance.
  7. Assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for sales team.
  8. Make recommendations on specific sales opportunities to drive growth and profitability in line with Sales objectives.
  9. Coordinate the process of preparing sales and forecasting reports for sale in all sales branches.
  10. Suggests adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  11. Develop models and reporting structure that identify costs (by function, process, fixed, variable) and identify a baseline for action.
  12. Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations.
  13. Assess sales force performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to identify sales patterns and areas for improvement, comparing actual sales data to revenue projections and expectations.
  14. Examine collected revenue budget and compare it to actual sales results to identify divisions that are not hitting sales goals.
  15. Assess market data, including competitors, to identify areas where the Company can increase its efforts.
  16. Responsible for all other duties assigned by the line manager.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in any FMCG / Food company.

Key Skills:

Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent in MS Office (MS word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Presentation).
Well organized and responsible.
Multi-tasker, flexible and adaptable.
Excellent time management skills.
A team player with level of dedication.
High integrity.
Strong work ethics.
