Responsibilities
· Work with business disciplines in determining objectives, processes, interfaces, etc. Gather information and translate it into requirements and proper format. Design suitable architecture and solution. Write specifications and ensure the successful implementation of approved solutions. Improve applications by studying current practices and processes; design modifications and ensure successful implementations. Advise on application development strategies, roadmaps including technologies.
Qualification:
· Bachelors in Computer science or a related discipline.
Experience:
10 years’ experience.
Solid Technical background in Engineering or Operations(Oil & Gas Upstream)
Will have specialist or project or other management experience that has included financial, technical, quality and cost control.

- SAP Business Object Developer
General Competency :
1) 10+ year in IT industry , in which 5+ years in SAP Business Object
2) Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
3) Good in communication, interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills
4) High analytical and problem solving ability
5) High capabilities in building graphical reports and visualization dashboard using BO solutions
Business Object Competency:
1) Hand-on working experience in design, build and deploy Business Object Solutions using BI 4.1 and above tools
( Must be highly skilled in SAP Lumira Designer and Web Intelligence; Good to have: SAP Design Studio, Crystal Reports, and Information Design tools )
2) Hands-on involvement in a minimum of 2 Full Cycle SAP Implementations of Business Object preferably BI 4.0 & 4.1 and above
3) Experience building SAP Business Warehouse BEX query and integration with BI 4.x
4) Experience in supporting Business Object solutions
Duration – 3 Months .
Good to have:
1) Certification in Business Object 4.0 and above
2) Previous Oil & Gas Industry Experience is a plus
3) Some Functional Knowledge (different SAP processes, training, integration … etc.)
4) Knowledge of other SAP Solutions : SAP ERP Modules, SAP solution Manager, HANA , GRC, etc

3.Senior BW Developer
General Competency :
1) 10+ year in IT industry , in which 5+ years in SAP BW HANA
2) Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4) Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
5) Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
6) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Business Object Competency:
1) Hands-on experience working with SAP BW on HANA features (7.5), standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, process chains in BW and LSA++ best practice and performance optimization concepts.
2) Experience with SAP HANA data modeling (Calculation, Analytics, Attributed View), schema management, content import & export, data provisioning technology including Data Services(BODS), SDA, SDI, SLT.
3) Experience with at least 2 full project life-cycle implementation of SAP BW on HANA application design, implementations and support
4) Experience with coding in ABAP in BW
5) Experience of SAP BW Security concepts.
5) Experience in capturing and documenting technical requirements, defining the architecture, estimating effort and proposing technical solutions
Good to have:
1) Experience with various SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) tools (WEBI, Design Studio, Lumira) on BW HANA as source system
2) Possess techno functional/process knowledge in various SAP modules like PM, SCM, FICO, HCM
Experience working in Oil and Gas industry
