Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Mohamed Al Menfi, President of the Libyan Presidential Council on his country’s Independence Day anniversary.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere greetings and wishes of good health and happiness to Dr. Al Menfi and his country’s people further progress and prosperity.
