أعلنت المظلة الخضراء عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لديها بمسمى :

MEP Facilities Service Supervisor

Planned And Routine Maintenance
Assist in the procurement of Group’s planned works program in line with a
comprehensive maintenance check-list complying with all necessary legislation.
Carry out such technical assessments prior to instruction of work as might be
necessary.
Ensure that a Works Order is raised for all work instructed and authorized in
accordance with the Group’s agreed procedures.
Regularly supervise/monitor work performance, dealing with any issues.
Responsible for the carrying out of annual property inspections, and in meeting the
Group’s planned maintenance program.
Such other duties, relevant to the level of the post, as may be required in accordance
with the needs of the department and/or the Group.

Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within properties or hospitality
industry.
Should have supervisory experience managing technicians and contractors.
Engineering in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline.
