أعلنت الشركة العمانية للغاز الطبيعي المسال عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لديها بمسمى :

Marine Officer/ Pilot (Omani Nationals Only)

Responsibilities:

1. Primarily responsible to conduct pilotage and loading master duties on board Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) & Condensate (NGL) tankers calling at Qalhat Port
2. Provide assurance to the business that the risks associated with the Ship/Shore interface are managed to ALARP (as low as reasonably practical) in line with OLNG Marine Terminal Guidelines, international, local law and Industry best practice
3. Deputise for Lead Marine Officer in his absence
4. Provide assistance and understudy Marine Services Manager or Lead Marine Officer in the supervision of marine service contracts, including towage and pilot services, diving, cargo surveying, weather forecasting & Tier 2 Oil spill response
5. Process cargo export documentation in line with Oman Customs and Sales & Purchase Agreements’ (SPA) Terms and Conditions for each loading
6. Monitor the Annual Delivery Program (ADP) and the Specific Delivery Schedule (SDS) of local shipping of LNG and NGL; provide timely activity schedules to vessels and relevant stakeholders
7. Maintain ship’s port performance database as input to the Commercial Shipping department
8. Participate in marine incident investigations when nominated by the Marine Services Manager
9. Participate in a marine duty out of hours roster to provide advice and support as required
10. Provide guidance and participate in marine emergencies and Oil Spill Response exercises in line with QOP HSSE Plan.
11. Perform Ship Shore compatibility – including berth fit and Optimoor analysis – for each newly nominated tanker scheduled to call at Qalhat Terminal.
12. Submit clearance request to the GMAS team in a timely manner in line with the ADP and SDS.
13. Perform routine LNG & MOF jetty inspections, and tug inspections as directed by Marine Services Manager or Lead Marine Officer

Requirements:

1. STCW Deck Class 2 Certificate (Foreign-Going) with Oil and/or Gas Carrier Endorsements and Qalhat Port Pilot certification.
2. Pilotage experience in an Oil & Gas Terminal.
3. Previous experience of marine contractor HSSE management activities.
