Division Manager – Waterproofing and Protective Coating
To Manage Business Plan and Budget for the Division. Responsible for P & L account.
Organize and lead the Team for all the operations for smooth functioning of the division.
Handel Techno – Commercial Proposals.
Coordinate and engagement with various stakeholder like Consultant, Clients, Main Contractors, Architectures, Institutional Clients, Suppliers and System Providers for the Business Development.
Develop the Division with understanding market needs, market trends , competing and Projects reequipments.
Coordinate and develop close relation with System Provider and engaged more system providers for specialized operations.
Identify new potentials and specialized work in Protective Coating and develop the team for catering the same.
Organize and Manager Sales Team and manager sales , marketing operations for business development.
Training the Team for keeping current developments and ensuring productivity of the Workforce.
Experience – More than 15+ Years in Waterproofing Companies out of which minimum 05 Years as business head or operation Head for Water Proofing Division or Construction Chemicals company
Qualification – BE / B. Tech & MBA (optional)
