The job description includes:
Analyze business potential, conceptualize and execute strategies to drive sales, augmented turnover and generate desired targets.
Managing the Sales team and provide them with direction and coach them with high morale and team spirit to maintain productivity by communicating business goals and objectives. This includes financial performance, control of costs, performance of people, and the delivery of world class customer service.
Identifying new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities.
Being updated about market trends, competitor activities, business opportunities and product improvements by plotting client requirements against real estate solutions.
Responsible for the acquisition of new clients and expanding the relationship of the existing clients, by consistently interacting and networking with key influencers and stakeholder
To conduct the sales individually as per the sales operating procedure.
Review proposed project plans to develop an efficient acquisition proposal.
Be well acknowledged and have dense information about each project.
Devise innovative marketing strategies and promotional programs for maximum market coverage.
Identifying existing gaps and crafting solutions to develop new business leads and enhance the revenue stream.
Travelling for roadshows wherever and whenever required.
The requirements linked to this position are:
Extensive experience in real estate brokerage or a sales-oriented position for at least 5 years.
Proficiency in Arabic & English with excellent persuasive skills.

- Property Consultant – Sales
The job description includes:
To conduct the sales individually as per the operating procedure.
Be well acknowledged and have dense information about each project and property.
Responsible for the acquisition of new clients and expanding the relationship of the existing clients, by consistently interacting and networking with key influencers and stakeholder.
Convincing prospective clients that Tibiaan is the right place to handle their properties.
Determine client needs and financial abilities, and propose solutions that suit them.
Advice clients on investment opportunities in the market, market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Handling all paperwork involved (for example: contracts, agreements, letters, invoices, etc.)
Travelling for roadshows whenever and wherever required.
Responsible for constant prospecting to generate new leads and convert them into prospects and ultimately buyers.
Delivery detailed reports of daily, weekly, or monthly activities.
Handling viewings of the projects promoted by the company.
The requirements linked to this role:
Extensive experience in real estate brokerage or a sales-oriented position for at least 2 years.
Fluency in Arabic & English with excellent persuasive skills.
