أعلنت مجموعة الأصول عن توفر شاغر وظيفي لديها بمسمى :

Senior Accountant

Deposit rent cheques and prepare rent collection report, occupancy report, rent outstanding report, and other management reports.
Follow up with bank for dishonoured cheques.
Prepare accounts receivables report and comments.
Prepare monthly invoice for all clients.
Update sales information report on a daily basis.
Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Lead internal and external audits
Attend client meetings and answer queries within a reasonable time frame.
Lead month-end and year-end close process and Prepare financial statements
Support budgeting process.
Manage accounts payables, including verifying invoices, preparing cheques etc.
Maintain tenant-wise ledgers and update on a regular basis.
Manage tenant security deposit refunds and recoveries.
Prepare bank transfer letters.
Prepare payroll and salary transfer letters.
Bank reconciliation for operating accounts (Including rent collection accounts).
Submit VAT returns and attend tax department queries.
Support finance manager.
Any other assignments related to the job.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience.
Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA Finance/CA Inter
Excellent excel reporting skills.
