Muscat: The Engineering Services at the Ministry of Defence marked its annual day which falls on February 15 each year, under the auspices of Nasser bin Hilal al Harthi, Head of the Engineering Services, on Tuesday.
A celebration on the occasion was held on the grass field in Muaskar Al Murtafaa which included several events such as infantry skills competition, running race, football matches, traditional games competitions interspersed by equestrian shows staged by the Sultan of Oman Armours Cavalry.
At the end of the celebration, the chief guest gave away prizes to the winners of the top places and honoured excelling personnel of the Engineering Services. — ONA
