Muscat: New metered parking lots, which were supposed to be functional from Sunday, will now be delayed as Muscat Municipality announced a postponement in their activation.
In a statement, the civic body said, “Muscat Municipality announces the postponement of activation of the metered parking lots as mentioned below, until further notice:
1- Car parks that surround the Sultan Mosque in Ruwi.
2- Car parks adjacent to the Sultan Qaboos Street in South Al – Khuwair and opposite the commercial buildings.
3- The new car parks at Al-Khoud souk, and the ones behind Ooredoo store.
